Plans change. Here’s how we handle it, so there are no surprises.
- Free changes or cancellations until [December 18, 2026].
- After that date, or no-shows: 100% charge, non-refundable.
- Flight changes: tell us at least 48 hours before your transfer. Missed pickups from unreported changes are non-refundable.
- Tours may change or cancel for weather or safety. You'll get another option or a full refund.
- Tours run with a minimum number of guests. If a tour does not reach its minimum, we will contact you to choose another option.
