CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the smooth operation of services and coordination of the activities, please note the following cancellation policy for confirmed tours and activities:

• No Penalty: Cancellations made at least 31 days prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund, minus the CC fees (5%).
• No Refund: Cancellations made 29 days to 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Exceptions: In case of natural disaster, force majeure, or operational issues that lead to tour cancellation on our end, guests will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling, depending on the vendor’s agreement.
